In the past five years, she implemented a successful end-to-end quality and environmental management system across 4 Technology Solutions Centers (TSCs), securing ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications.

She added R2 (recycling and reuse) and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety) certifications for the Carol Stream, IL, TSC, in November 2023.
Gerry’s commitment to learning is evident through the Zones Learning Center, which offers online modules on various topics. In 2024, Zones improved 12% in delivery defects over the average of the last 3 years, reaching a 99.992% order accuracy over the previous year.
